Saving Lives, One Paw at a Time
At Frans Laris Foundation, our mission has always been to uplift communities and create a better world for those in need. Now, we are extending that mission to some of the most vulnerable and voiceless members of our communities—abandoned and mistreated animals. Our new Animal Rescue Initiative is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats and dogs who have suffered neglect, abandonment, or cruelty.
Why This Initiative Matters
Every year, millions of animals are left homeless, struggling to survive on the streets or trapped in abusive environments. Without proper care, they face starvation, disease, and life-threatening conditions. At Frans Laris Foundation, we believe that compassion should have no boundaries—just as we work to provide food, shelter, and healthcare for children, we now extend the same care to animals in need.
How We’re Making a Difference
Our Animal Rescue Initiative focuses on three key areas:
- Rescue & Rehabilitation – We provide emergency medical treatment, shelter, and nourishment to injured, sick, or abandoned animals, ensuring they get a second chance at life.
- Animal Adoption Program – Finding loving and responsible homes for rescued animals through adoption events, foster programs, and community engagement.
- Education & Awareness – Promoting responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying/neutering, and humane treatment of animals to prevent future neglect and cruelty.
With the help of generous donors, compassionate volunteers, and local shelters, we are working tirelessly to protect, heal, and rehome these animals, giving them the love and security they deserve.

Every pet has been vaccinated, microchipped, and given a full health check-up—all they need now is a home filled with love. Adoption counselors will be available to help you find the perfect match and answer any pet care questions.
